This ski has probably had more Research and Development put into it than any other ski out there and it shows. Pollard and Line have made a ski that really makes skiing any kind of powder as simple, easy and enjoyable as it can get which is why I've had all the best pow days of my life on it.

Comments about Line Skis Mr. Pollard's Opus:

This ski is made for Japan -or anywhere else that receives large amounts of snow.

With the same ski flex in the front and back + in addition to the early rise you don't have to ski powder in the backseat anymore. You can stomp pillows without fear of your tails washing out.

It's common knowledge that in deep snow skis without rocker sink, The Opus keeps you on top of the snow. With Less sinking you'll have a much better reaction time to maneuver around obstacles and you wont have to worry about bringing your ski up-and-out of the snow, a maneuver we all know so well, most commonly after landing in deep snow.

The thin tip is noticeable as your tips will no longer catch when skiing in pow

If you like skiing pow this ski is for you! And don't be turned off - it skis just fine on the groomers or in the crud, it's just that she excels in places like Japan or Mt. Baker!

Comments about Line Skis Mr. Pollard's Opus:

I am 62 years old and needed a ski for powder, from flat to steep hills like 45 degrees in between the trees, not for jumping, not for backwards skiing. The shop installed the binding in the center and that was wrong for me, so I moved the binding 5 cm backwards and it completly changed the ski perfectly into what I needed. May be it could been another 2 cm backward for my purpose. It's so fun to be 62 and able to enjoy the powderskiing.

The most playful ski I've ever skied. Pollard is a wizard/ninja who has made skiing an art. I use this ski as soon as it snows more than 2 inches. The floatation is amazing as well the tapering in its shape makes it carve on a dime on the groomers. I mount mine 2cm back from trew center and I ski switch on and off through my days but always like a little more tip than tail. Thank you EP, you pioneered the best skis which have changed this sport! Props!

I just got these for my birthday and i skied 3 inch dust on ice and groomers, they didnt float cause there was nothing to support them underneath, so I wouldn't take that seriously, on the grommers they carved just like my old pair of line masterminds, i am 5 foot 6 and 130lbs on the 178's, very flexy and smooth, all over a great ski, the only bad thing is that i dont have any pow to ski yet, so there r no negitives

I ski the East and occasionally go out West. I previously had never skid anything wider then a 98 at the waist. The Opus has changed my mind on what is possible on skis! Eric Thank You, your skis have taken me to a whole new level. The Opus is Amazing on POW but what surprised me is how nimble/stable it is. Most of all they carve groomers amazingly well better then my last set of rockered skis that were 98 at the waist! This is the end all be all ski of all skis! A true masterpiece!

This is my favorite ski on the market at the moment. I have had the most fun on this ski then any other skis from other brands. I got to demo these skis on a pow day and i bought the ski the day after. It has such a surfy feel to it just like all of EP's pro models. I am used to the soft flex on his skis and i dont need a ski stiffer than this for anything im doing, including cliffs and high speeds. This ski also carves better than any other ski 115+ waist In bad conditions. Dont wait just get this ski.

My local mountain doesn't get too much snow, only around 60 annual inches, but i had to have these skis, when i got them, even though they were powder skis and we didn't have too much of that, it made 5 inches feel like 3 ft. i love these skis, and they will do it ALL. I was stunned how well they preformed on the groomers. GET THESE SKIS!
