SIR FRANCIS BACON SHORTY SKIS
SIR FRANCIS BACON SHORTY DETAILS
REAL POWDER SKIS FOR KIDS
“I can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen kids all over the world trying to ski pow on skis that are not wide enough or too long & skinny. The Bacon Shorty is completely legit! It’s got all the same technology as the ski I ride but sized to fit you at a great price, and can be even mounted with adult bindings! The future of our sport is going to be riding this ski.” - ERIC POLLARD

I am 15 5'7", 140 lbs and got the 165s. I absolutely love these skis, and am so so glad that I bought them. I used them in 20" of fresh pow the first day i skied them, and they floated incredibly well, and i barely even had to work to make a turn in the deep. I also skied them on a day full of ice, crud, and groomers and park skiing, and they did better than my "all mountain/park" skis. I can ski any type of terrain in these ski's, and would absolutely buy them again.

I went skiing with the is product and VT and the first day we skied in 2 feet of pow. Floated, slashed, dropped cliffs, grinded, flexed, and rocked. Even the next day to rocked. Enough said: BUY IT!

This ski is actually amazing. I skied on it in 14 inches of powder first run and it floated so good. The next day it was ice on the east coast due to the -25 degree weather not including wind chill. Any way Eric did a ver good job on these and keep up the good work cause in a few years i might need a bigger version!

I am 13 and am skinny as a twig... not in a bad way but since I'm 5'6.... i can't flex the bigger bacons yet. I could ride them but not the way i wanted. So i went to my local ski shop and they said get these. You can ski on them for 2 years (155 cm) and maybe for 3 years in the pow because you don't need them to be as stable. So my parents got them for me and i always get comments on them and my friends are drooling on how hot they are. If you can't decide buy them and mount a good pari of marker bindings on them

After scraping up some leftover money from mowing lawns over the summer I bought these skis about mid season not yet knowing that it would be the best decision I ever made. I live near a small ski resort which gets a bunch of snow, and the small skis I had were not cutting it. As soon as I got the EP Pro Shorty's I was up on the mountain and shredding every weekend. These skis show amazing performance whether I'm taking face shots all day, ripping the groomers, or dropping cliffs through the trees. Every time I get down to the lift, I get the feeling that I stomped the whole run from top to bottom. All I can say is thanks Line for making such a great ski!

I got these skis yesterday for a suprise after school and imediatly went up on the mountain.
all i have to say is these skis shred on and off the groom! THESE skis kept me floating on top of 3 ft. pow but when the trees got to tight too ski i just popped off of the pow into the groom and from there into the park and did a jib. these skis are awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THe Best SKi in the world, i took this out, my first fatty ski and it felt amazing, will never go back. It took a while to get used to and you gota ride your transitions really low on the groomers to keep your edge and really pop to turn them over becsue they are wider. Took just a l'il kicker and i was blown away at how smooth it rode away, drops and trees were the best and when you would come out of a tree run and onto the groomers you could confidently get back to the chair. But this is the best ski i could ever ride, i could ride every day all day for the rest of my life on this!
Pros
- Float beautifully
- Good allround ski
- Sick for stomping cliffs
- Sick graphics
- Super fat
Cons
- Pretty heavy
- Side cut is not very good
Best Uses
- In powed
- Stomping cliffs
Sick skiis! There pretty stiff, they're tricky to get the hang of but after that they're sweet!! The side cut is not very significant so on hard pack they cant carve very fast but in powder they have the perfect mixture of float an sink. In all there sweet skis and i recomend them to kids that can shred and that live somewere that snows alots.
thank you line for making this awsome ski :)
