- All items have a 30-day money-back guarantee. Items must be in new/unused condition with original packaging and hangtags. The refund will be for the full value of the returned items unless otherwise noted.
- Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. You are responsible for shipping the products back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Refunds will be credited back the original method of payment used on the order for the full amount paid for the product minus shipping charges (shipping will not be refunded). You cannot return an item for credit and pay the difference for another item.
- Return processing will typically take up to 2-3 weeks from the date the return is received at our warehouse. During peak season return processing can take up to 4-5 weeks. (Nov. 15 – Jan. 15)
- There are no exchanges of product. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment used on the order at the full amount. Products received as prizes are not exchangeable.
- If the return is due to defective products, inaccurate product descriptions, or an incorrect order, contact Service Provider to initiate the return. In these cases, you may be compensated for the return shipping.

If your LINE Skis product was purchased from a local retailer, you must bring your product back to the retailer.
Please do not contact LINE Skis regarding returning a product that you purchased from a retailer. We are only able to accept returns for products that were purchased from LINESkis.com and were fulfilled and shipped directly by LINE Skis.
