Rob Heule has undertaken a new film project this year. The Canadian LINE skier has been dragging around his trusty Canon AE-1 film camera and forgoing the iphone-tography. Instead, Rob has been using his phone as a recording device, logging ambient audio for every corresponding exposure.
The images themselves are crisp, warm, and inviting. And they offer a unique glimpse into Rob’s life. Often times, it seems as though skiers live this fast-paced, intense lifestyle. But with this intimate snapshot of life on the road, Rob offers a more realistic depiction of life on the road.
