Can you ship products internationally? LINE products are currently sold on ridesnowboards.com in the United States, Canada, and select European Countries (Germany, Austria, Netherlands). What can I do if a product is out of stock? LINE makes every effort to keep items in stock. If an item is out of stock, click Notify Me to be notified once it is back in stock, or check out a local retailer using our store locator map.

Why does my order say partially refunded? Our credit card processing works by charging an estimated flat tax rate then subtracting based on state tax. If you get a notification that you have been refunded, do not be alarmed!

What is the return shipping cost? You are responsible for shipping the product(s) back to us, and any associated costs with doing so. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
