Order Processing
  • Standard processing time once an order is placed is 5 business days. Holiday Shipping: Orders must be placed by 12/13 for guaranteed arrival by the holidays.
  • Unless specified otherwise, all orders are shipped using Fed Ex ground service and typically takes 3-7 business days.
  • Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other circumstances may impact delivery.
  • LINE is unable to ship to PO Boxes.
  • LINE Skis products are currently sold on lineskis.com in the United States, Canada, and select European countries (Germany, Italy, France, Netherlands, Austria) only. RIDE products are also sold at numerous online and retail stores world-wide. To locate a dealer near you, please reference our LINE Skis Shop Locator.
  • LINE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages which are confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address provided during order checkout. Upon inquiry, LINE will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
  • We aim to ship your order to you quickly, so after orders have been placed we are unable to cancel or modify your order.

Partial Shipments

LINE makes every effort to keep items in stock. Occasionally, even after an order has been placed, products will be oversold. If this happens, you will be notified immediately that part, or all, of your order cannot be fulfilled and has been cancelled. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Find Out Where Your Order Is!

As soon as your product(s) ship from our warehouse, you will be sent an email with your tracking number. If your order is sent in multiple shipments, you will receive a tracking number for each shipment.

You may also check your tracking number or order status by logging into your account. If you need additional information or cannot find your tracking number, please contact LINE Customer Support
